Why Brides Book
The One Wedding Appointment That's Just for You
A Wedding-Day Gift
An album handed over on the wedding morning or at the rehearsal dinner. Nothing on the registry comes close.
A Confidence Boost
You walk into the wedding already knowing how good you look when everything comes together.
Just for You
A record of this chapter, kept for yourself. Many brides book for this reason first.
A Shower Gift
Bridesmaids or family give a gift certificate, and the bride plans the session on her own.
Timing
When to Book Before the Wedding
Two to three months before the wedding works best. It leaves room for wardrobe, the session, choosing images and making the album, without adding stress in the last few weeks.
The Looks
Veil, Garter and Something Borrowed
Most brides plan three to five looks. A good mix is one white or ivory lingerie set, a silk or satin robe, something in a color you love that isn't bridal, and one or two wedding pieces.
The wedding pieces are what make it bridal. A long veil over lingerie is the classic. Your wedding heels, the garter, the earrings you'll wear on the day, or your partner's dress shirt all tie the album to the wedding. A robe with the date stitched on is a popular touch for gift albums.
Some brides use their wedding-day hair and makeup artist so the session doubles as a trial run. Others want a different look from the wedding. Both work; we decide on the planning call.

FAQ
Bridal Boudoir Questions
How much does a bridal boudoir session cost?
Bridal boudoir uses the same three boudoir packages as every boudoir session: Essential $1,295 (90-minute session, 15 retouched images), Signature $1,995 (2-hour session, 30 retouched images, 8x8 album) and Luxury $2,995 (3-hour session, 50+ retouched images, 10x10 album and 16x20 wall print). Professional hair and makeup is included in every package. Payment plans are available.
How far before the wedding should I book?
Two to three months before the wedding is ideal. That leaves time to find wardrobe, have the session, choose your images and have the album made before the wedding day. Spring and fall weekends fill first, so book soon after you set the date.
Which package is best for a wedding gift?
Signature is the most common choice for brides, because it includes an 8x8 flush-mount album, which is the easiest thing to wrap and hand over on the wedding morning. Luxury adds a larger 10x10 album and a 16x20 wall print. Essential is digital images only; an album can be added later.
Can I bring my veil, garter or wedding shoes?
Yes. A veil, garter, wedding heels, jewelry you will wear on the day, or your partner's dress shirt are some of the strongest bridal boudoir looks. Bring anything that means something to you.
Will my partner find out before the wedding?
Not from us. All communication stays with you, and nothing from the session is posted, shared or used in marketing without your separate written consent. Your gallery is private and password-protected.
Can someone else give me the session as a gift?
Yes. A maid of honor, the bridesmaids together or a mother of the bride can give a studio gift certificate at the shower. The bride then books and plans the session privately, on her own schedule.
