External scheduling (teams)

What if I need a reshoot on a rush job?

Reshoots are covered under the standard policy: if the delivered images genuinely miss the intent, we reshoot at no charge. In 5+ years of rush sessions, this has happened fewer than 3 times because the session is reviewed on-screen before you leave, so rush deadlines rarely become reshoot situations.
