If you show up with only a wrinkled shirt and the look does not work, we cannot manufacture a wardrobe fix in-studio. Bring two options minimum — we will guide you on which works best.

External scheduling (teams)

Same-day works for individuals. For teams of 5+, coordinating 5+ calendars is usually the bottleneck, not our queue. 2-3 days notice is more realistic for groups.

Complex retouching requests

Standard retouching is included. For something unusual (compositing, background replacement, complex restoration), allow an extra day regardless of rush tier.

Same-day headshots require booking before 11am. You drive to the Rockland studio (25 minutes south of downtown Boston), shoot a 30-minute session, and receive your fully retouched gallery by end of business that same day. Same-day adds $75 to the base session price of $395, total $470.

What does next business day turnaround cost?

Next-business-day delivery is $445 total ($395 base plus $50 rush fee). You receive the retouched gallery within one full business day after your session. Ideal for conference speakers, new job announcements, and directory submissions where you have a few days to plan but need certainty on delivery.

Do you do weekend rush sessions?

Weekend sessions are available by appointment. Same-day weekend turnaround is generally possible for Saturday bookings; Sunday sessions typically deliver Monday. Weekend on-location sessions in Boston are available for corporate emergencies.

Can I rush on-location sessions too?

Will rush delivery affect retouching quality?

No. The retouching depth is identical on rush and standard deliveries. Skin cleanup, stray hairs, lighting balance, and color correction are the same. The rush fee pays for immediate queue priority, not reduced work. Every delivered image is fully finished.

What if I need a reshoot on a rush job?

Reshoots are covered under the standard policy: if the delivered images genuinely miss the intent, we reshoot at no charge. In 5+ years of rush sessions, this has happened fewer than 3 times because the session is reviewed on-screen before you leave, so rush deadlines rarely become reshoot situations.
