How It Works
From Inquiry to Delivery
Send us your event details — date, venue, expected headcount, and what you need covered. We'll respond with questions if needed and put together a custom quote. Most quotes are returned within 24 hours. For large events requiring a second shooter or multi-day coverage, we'll schedule a brief call to make sure we have everything right before sending.
Once booked, we coordinate timeline and shot list with your team ahead of the event. On the day, we arrive early to walk the venue, identify key areas, and sync with your event coordinator. Coverage is documentary in style — unobtrusive, efficient, and focused on the moments that matter. You won't need to manage us; we'll check in only when needed.
Standard galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush 48-hour delivery is available for events requiring same-week press coverage or social media content. All images are delivered as full-resolution downloads via a private online gallery. Read our South Shore event photography guide →

How do you price event photography in Boston?

How quickly do we receive photos after the event?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional fee and is popular for events that require same-week press or social media coverage. All images are delivered via a downloadable online gallery. For corporate clients requiring specific file naming conventions or FTP delivery, we can accommodate those requests.
Do you cover events outside of Boston?
Yes. We cover events throughout the greater Boston area and across the South Shore — Quincy, Hingham, Weymouth, Braintree, Scituate, Marshfield, Duxbury, Plymouth, and beyond. No travel fee for events within 30 miles of our South Shore base. For events in Providence, Cape Cod, or further, contact us for a travel quote.
Can you provide a second photographer for large events?
Yes. For events with 150+ guests, multiple simultaneous venues or breakout rooms, or events requiring comprehensive coverage, we can bring a second shooter. This is especially common for corporate galas, multi-room networking events, and large private parties. The second shooter rate is included in your custom quote.
