Individual studio sessions are $395 with 10 retouched images. For teams, additional participants in the same session are $200/person. Can you come to our office for corporate headshots?
Yes. On-location corporate headshot sessions are available throughout Boston and the South Shore. We bring strobe lighting equipment, backdrops, and everything needed to produce consistent, studio-quality results at your location. On-location sessions are ideal for teams of 10 or more where scheduling studio visits would be logistically complex.
How do you ensure consistency across a large team?
Consistency is the core challenge in team headshots. We use locked lighting setups, consistent backdrop positioning, and the same camera-to-subject distance for every team member. This produces matched results regardless of whether your team shoots over one day or multiple visits. Remote team members can also send us reference images and we will match the look.
What is the turnaround time for corporate headshots?
Retouched images are delivered within 5 business days of the session via a private online gallery. Rush delivery (2 business days) is available for an additional fee. Corporate accounts with ongoing headshot needs can arrange priority scheduling.
Do you photograph headshots for new hires on an ongoing basis?
