Arrival and quick plan (5 min). Lighting setup (5 min). Profile pictures live small, so the lighting is built for clarity at avatar size — clean, even, flattering, with enough separation from the background that the circular and square crops read instantly. We calibrate against your specific facial structure before shooting.

Active shooting and direction (15–20 min). The session is directed throughout. Most people are not used to being photographed and freeze in front of a camera — head position, shoulder angle, eye direction, and especially expression are all coached in real time. We deliberately shoot a spread from neutral-professional to warm-and-approachable so you have options for different contexts: the LinkedIn photo can be warmer, the company directory shot more uniform, the podcast thumbnail more characterful.
